Children’s Message Time in Worship
Every Sunday, we have a dedicated time during the worship service when young disciples are invited forward to hear a message that is relevant to the themes and readings of the day, but delivered in a way that is easier for them to understand and relate to. We sing a song, talk about God, and pray together.
Once a month, this children’s message is delivered by our amazing puppet troupe. All the skits and songs are written in-house, and some of our puppet characters have become beloved friends over the years!
Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not stop them, for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.”
Sunday School
Our Sunday School lessons are held on the first and third Sundays of the month after worship (10:45am). Sunday School is open to students in Pre-K through 5th grade. We sing songs, read Bible stories, pray, and do craft activities.

Confirmation Class
Confirmation is a special opportunity for our young people to publicly declare their intent to continue their faith journey and to receive the love and support of their congregation. They will affirm the promises made on their behalf at their baptisms.
Students who are in 6th through 8th grades are invited to participate in this special faith formation. The Rite of Confirmation typically occurs in the fall of the students' 9th grade year.
Confirmands will explore the Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament in more depth than our younger children do in Sunday School. They will also have the opportunity to learn about Christian history, teachings, and ritual. Our goal is to give young people a solid foundation of love and support for what we pray will be a lifelong journey of faith made in curiosity, humility, and wonder.

Senior High Youth
Our congregation has monthly gatherings for high school-aged youth. We hang out in our youth room to play games, listen to music, talk about school and sports, pray, and explore how to become the people God is calling and creating us to be.
